Applications are made in two stages:

1. Pre-selection: return the application form before December 15, 2019. Between the 15th and the 30th of January 2020, candidates are informed of their pre-selection or not. Shortlisted candidates will receive complete application file, which is more detailed than the first form.


2. Selection: return the application file before 28 February 2020.

Candidates are informed of the outcome of the Jury's deliberation by e-mail. If no answer is received by 15 June 2020, the candidate must consider that his application has not been accepted. The laureates are bound by the provisions of Article 5.3 of the Competition Rules.
